Mersen introduces a new range of vacuum-brazed cold plates to bring effective and reliable cooling solutions to its customers. These brand-new cold plates are specially dedicated to the needs of industrial drives designers. Thermal data at 10l/mn, water inlet 40°C, 1 kW loss per component: - Maximal cold plate surface temperature (hottest point): 46°C - Maximum thermal resistance of the cold plate / component: 6°C / kW - Pressure drop: 389 mbar
